General terms and conditions

General terms and conditions of sale (GTC)

  1. Scope of application

This online shop is operated by Dentimed Sàrl, Chemin du Croset 9/C, CH-1024 Ecublens

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all contracts concluded between you, as the customer (hereinafter: you, your), and us, as the operators of the online shop. When placing an order, you acknowledge the GTC in the version in effect at the time your order is placed. All oral or telephone agreements must be confirmed in writing to be binding. This requirement of written form is also satisfied when a statement is contained in an email.

 

  1. Compatibility

The product images in the online shop are not legally or contractually binding. They are merely a non-binding online catalog. Simply adding products to your shopping cart does not constitute a binding order. An order for the products in your shopping cart only becomes binding when you click the "Place Order" button on the order page and payment has been accepted. Receipt of this order is immediately confirmed by an automated email and constitutes a contractual agreement. Acceptance is subject to the legal validity and availability of the ordered goods. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a notification of unavailability. Availability listings in the shop are for informational purposes only and do not constitute delivery confirmation; they may be incorrect. Price variations due to harvests or currency fluctuations are possible. The final price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

  1. Schedules

The online store is available 24/7 whenever possible. Deliveries are made the same day, Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 5 pm on Friday or on Saturday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

  1. Order processing, delivery and costs

Once payment is received, the order is prepared and delivered within 24 hours, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the following day or up to 48 hours later. In the event of limited stock, delivery may take longer than initially estimated. If there is a delay of more than 48 hours, the customer will be notified personally. In the event of a prolonged stock shortage, the order will be refunded as soon as possible.

Delivery is arranged by our external service provider DHL Express (Switzerland) SA.

We only accept the payment methods listed during the ordering process. The purchase price and delivery charges are valid from the moment the contract is concluded and are displayed in CHF including VAT.

  1. Warranty and liability

If the goods delivered are incomplete or damaged, e.g. product defect or delivery error, we will take steps to remedy this with another delivery if possible.

Our responsibility for our own errors, as well as those of our agents, is limited to the part stated above.

  1. Data protection

We use the data you provide to process your order. Your data is shared with the shipping company responsible for delivery to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods. For payment processing, we transmit your payment details to the financial or credit institution responsible for processing your payment. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

After your order and payment have been processed, this data is blocked until you use it again and will be deleted after the legally mandated retention periods for commercial and tax purposes have expired, unless you have explicitly opted out of data processing. We protect our website against the loss, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure of your data. Despite frequent checks, we cannot protect ourselves from all risks. In accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to obtain information about your stored data at any time, free of charge, and you have the right to correct, block, or delete this data. All inquiries can be submitted electronically.

To facilitate navigation and enable certain features on our website, we use cookies on several of our web pages. These are small text files stored on your computer. The reviews posted about our products on our store grant us the exclusive and unlimited right to use them. We reserve the right to display a review only for a short time, in an abbreviated version, or not at all. A customer review reflects only the opinion of that customer and does not necessarily represent our overall view.

Customers do not have a right to cancel once payment has been made, but can contact us to find an arrangement.

Our business activities are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The invalidity of any specific provision of the contract terms and conditions shall not render the entire contract invalid. The parties elect jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this contract at the registry of the Lausanne court.
