Love & Green tampons with applicators are made from 100% organic cotton and are GOTS certified by Ecocert. They are gentle on your intimate area and contain no undesirable ingredients suspected of being carcinogenic or endocrine disruptors. They are soft and come with a recyclable cardboard applicator and an individual paper wrapper. The 100% organic cotton tampons with a standard applicator offer maximum protection for light to moderate flow.

How to use a tampon
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before use
2. Know your anatomy and adopt a relaxed posture
3. Place half of the applicator into the vagina and push the other half inwards to allow the tampon to enter.
4. Once the tampon is properly positioned at the top of the vagina, and there is no discomfort, you can remove the applicator.
5. After use, replace the applicator in the individual sachet before placing it in the bin.
6. Wash your hands thoroughly after use

Use only one stamp at a time;
The maximum recommended wearing time is 4 hours;
Wearing internal protection is not recommended.
