How do I use it?
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before use
2. Know your anatomy and adopt a relaxed posture
3. Remove the tampon from its individual wrapper and place it in the vagina
4. Make sure the tampon is properly positioned at the top of the vagina, and that there is no discomfort.
5. Wash your hands thoroughly after use
6. Once used, the tampon should be thrown in the bin.

Menstrual toxic shock syndrome is a serious, potentially fatal infectious disease linked to the prolonged use of an internal hygiene or period product during menstruation.

Possible symptoms include: sudden fever above 39°C, vomiting, diarrhea, a sunburn-like rash, sore throat, dizziness, and/or fainting. Note that these symptoms may not all occur at the same time.
